Originally, aerated concrete was produced as insulation for houses. Due to the use of new technologies, gas silicate blocks began to be made. This material has a porous structure and high vapor permeability. Therefore, the external finishing of the house of aerated concrete is a responsible process in the highest degree. To ensure the best reliability of the facing of concrete blocks it is necessary to produce an intermediate reinforcement layers of plastic or metal dowels, nails or stainless steel screws, which are hammered into the gas silicate masonry. Fixing pins are embedded in the joints between the clinker. The density of connection points should be 4-5 pieces per 1 square meter.
